**Job Summary**
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing telephone assistance to our customers, answering their questions, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. **Responsibilities**
* Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, services, prior authorization requirements, extra benefits and programs, etc.
* Provide accurate and timely information to customers, resolving their issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
* Use our CRM system to track customer interactions, update customer records, and escalate complex issues to senior representatives.
* Meet or exceed performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality goals.
* Work from home, using high-speed internet connectivity with secure service via ethernet cable (Wi-Fi is not permitted).
* Participate in regular training and coaching sessions to improve your skills and knowledge.
* Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, provide support, and achieve common goals.
**Requirements**
* High School Diploma or Equivalent
* Ability to communicate effectively with customers orally and in written form
* Ability to meet performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality goals
* Must be able to work from home and prove to be self-sufficient
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
* Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on empathy, active listening, and conflict resolution
* Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team
* Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time, and meet deadlines
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working remotely in a call center setting
* Experience working with Medicaid and Medicare
* Strong knowledge of healthcare products and services
* Experience with CRM systems and customer service software
* Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM)
