Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. InsideOut is a virtual assistant company based in the United States. They are looking for a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls, answer inquiries, and book appointments for home services businesses.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from prospective customers with a professional and pleasant attitude
- Use our client’s standard greetings and act as a seamless extension of their local team
- Answer customer questions accurately based on provided training
- Book appointments directly into the client’s CRM or scheduling platforms
- Take real-time, detailed call summary notes including contact info and reason for inquiry
- Ensure all summary notes are sent to the client immediately after the call ends
- Send follow-up text messages or emails to clients as needed
- Maintain a high level of accuracy with zero typos or missing information
- Communicate directly with clients to confirm directions or receive feedback
- Proactively make adjustments to your workflow based on client needs
Skills
- C1 ENGLISH LEVEL IS REQUIRED. THE SELECTED CANDIDATE WILL BE SPEAKING STRICTLY IN ENGLISH DURING THEIR ENTIRE SHIFT
- The ideal candidate has BPO experience and is able to multitask effectively
- Strong ability to manage calls while simultaneously taking detailed notes
- Confident communicator, both with customers and directly with US-based clients
- Highly motivated, hardworking, and eager to add value to the company
- Internet speed of at least 40mbps with low latency
- Computer: At least 6 core 12 threads, 8gb RAM
- Backup power source is mandatory
- Experience working from home is preferred but not required (we will train the right candidate)
