You'll handle high volumes of incoming calls, provide comprehensive information about our products and services, and resolve customer issues with precision and competence.
This role requires flexibility, as evening and weekend work is part of the job. We offer two scheduling options to accommodate different lifestyles: a shift from 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM CST, working 4 days per week with rotating Saturdays, or a traditional day shift from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays.
