Position Overview

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the frontline of our client operations, handling inbound customer inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. The work schedule follows a structured training period followed by flexible scheduling within our hours of operation. All team members will be assigned an on-call week each month to assist with outage support, ensuring our customers receive uninterrupted service.
