Position Overview

careerzynith is hiring motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Remote Customer Service Sales Agents. In this work-from-home role, you will engage with hundreds of customers each week through inbound and outbound voice interactions. • Escalate complex or unresolved customer concerns to the appropriate managerial team with thorough documentation.
