Zocha Group is seeking a Customer Success Manager to support the ongoing success and retention of their Revenue Optimization clients following implementation. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, maintaining account health, and ensuring clients realize value from Zocha Group's services.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary post-launch point of contact for an assigned portfolio of clients
- Build and maintain trusted client relationships through proactive communication and regular check-ins
- Monitor account health, identify potential risks, and help drive long-term client retention
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-through on client requests and initiatives
- Track open action items, document client communications, and ensure consistent account management
- Partner with Client Relations, Revenue Optimization, Product Operations, Engineering, and Guest Experience to deliver a seamless client experience
- Identify recurring operational challenges and recommend process improvements
- Help develop customer success workflows, documentation, and best practices as the business continues to scale
Skills
- 3–5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, Hospitality Operations, or a related role
- Experience managing a portfolio of client accounts
- Strong relationship management and communication skills
- Excellent organization, project management, and follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of client service
- Strong operational mindset with the ability to improve workflows and internal processes
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with client-facing teams, operations, product, and engineering
- Highly organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented
- Experience in hospitality, restaurants, hotels, travel, or hospitality technology is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with platforms such as SevenRooms, OpenTable, Resy, Tock, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar reservation/CRM systems is a plus
