Cella Technologies is hiring a Customer Success Manager, a champion for our customers that can make an impact on the shop floor and deliver excellence. The role focuses on training new customers and ensuring they realize the full potential of their investment, while also leading regular check-ins to support ongoing success.
Responsibilities
- Create a repeatable path for customers to attain value from their Cella subscription
- Be the internal voice of the customer
- Build a relationship with all levels within a customer’s organization
- Assist in creating training and implementation materials for customer, partner, and internal use
- Provide feedback to the product team on what is working and what could be improved
- Highlight opportunities for expansion within a customer
- Guide customer through renewal process
Skills
- Ability to communicate across entire customer organizational structure. C-suite to the manufacturing / warehouse floor
- 1-3 years Manufacturing / warehouse floor experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple, concurrent customer relationships
- 2+ years of project planning and execution experience
- Experience with Plex ERP
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Reside in the Midwest
- Other ERP/WMS experience a plus
