The Customer Support Representative will provide excellent customer service, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate with various teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Provide great customer service to our customers and merchants across our different products
- Investigate and create bug reports reported by customer’s, and found yourself, to our technical team to ensure a great customer experience
- Review a small number of orders to protect against payment fraud and suspicious activity
- Liaise regularly with the support team, and the wider company, about any relevant updates or changes, as well as other departments within the company to raise issues or suggestions
Skills
- English fluency
- Great communication and problem solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proactivity when handling issues and tasks
- Ability to work independently and remotely effectively
- Experience using cryptocurrency
- 2-3 years of experience within customer support or success roles, ideally within fintech, crypto, or a payment service provider environment
- Strong attention to detail with an analytical mindset
- Proactive team player with a flexible schedule
- Great ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal English with colleagues, and customers and external providers
- Excels in fast paced working environments without unnecessary processes or bureaucracy
- Experience with non-custodial crypto models
- Experience within start up and/or fast moving working environments
- Experience within iGaming
