Position Overview
As a Data Entry Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding customer service experiences while accurately and efficiently managing critical data. Key Responsibilities

- Data Entry & Maintenance: Accurately enter, update, and maintain customer information, interaction records, and transaction details in databases and CRM systems with exceptional precision and attention to detail.
- Account Support: Assist customers with account inquiries, password resets, subscription questions, billing concerns, and general support needs while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
- Technical Assistance: Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues, guide customers through product usage, and escalate complex technical problems to appropriate specialist teams when necessary.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, technical support, billing, and management to resolve complex customer concerns and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Issue Escalation: Identify and escalate complex issues, recurring problems, or potential process improvements to supervisors and quality assurance teams for resolution and continuous improvement.

Essential Qualifications

- Typing Proficiency: Strong proficiency in typing and data entry with a high level of accuracy (minimum 40-50 WPM with 95%+ accuracy).
