Position Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for performing data entry tasks with precision and speed, classifying various documents according to client-specific guidelines, and supporting our business processing operations. You will become an essential part of our team, contributing to the smooth delivery of services that impact millions of lives. This position offers the flexibility of working from home while maintaining the structure of a traditional schedule – Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Central Time.

Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Processor at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our document processing operations. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Performing high-accuracy data entry tasks in accordance with client requirements and established quality standards.
• Conducting manual identification and classification of various document types, including medical documentation (MEDI) and other forms as required.
• Sorting and categorizing documents based on client-specific guidelines and procedural requirements.
• Completing multiple task types, including data entry, verification, MEDI processing, and other related duties.
• Following established procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy across all assigned tasks.
• Exercising independent problem-solving skills to address challenges that arise during daily operations.
• Maintaining compliance with all company policies, security protocols, and quality standards.
• Communicating effectively with team leads and supervisors to report progress and address any concerns.
• Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and job performance.
• Working collaboratively with team members while also demonstrating the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• Must pass a typing test with a minimum speed of 40 words per minute (WPM) or higher.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• One to two years of prior work experience in an office or professional environment preferred.
• Ability to work 40+ hours per week within the scheduled shift.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and internet navigation.
• Introductory knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while performing job duties.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to translate information effectively and accurately.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining self-motivation and productivity.
• Capability to work effectively both individually and as part of a collaborative team environment.
