- Curating and transcribing data directly from voice recordings, speeches, or interviews
- Updating and maintaining databases and records with new information as it becomes available
- Identifying, correcting, and modifying inaccurate files and records to ensure data integrity
- Typing data directly into systems with speed and accuracy
- Complying with security backup protocols and performing regular checks to ensure data is properly saved and stored
- Creating and summarizing data for standardized reports and analytical purposes
- Viewing and verifying confidential or private customer and client information while maintaining strict confidentiality
- Protecting the information and identities of customers and clients in accordance with privacy regulations
