The role requires extensive experience with Decisions platforms and involves responsibilities such as flow design, rules engine implementation, and integration patterns.

- Hands-on experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS/K8s)
- Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions (CI/CD pipelines)
- Hands-on experience with Azure API Management (APIM)
- Exposure to containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Experience with MongoDB / CosmosDB (including vector or semi-structured data handling)
- Experience with SQL databases
- Understanding of data modeling and performance tuning
- Experience in one or more: Java / .NET / Python (preferred for integrations)
- Familiarity with scripting and automation
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to mentor and guide engineering teams
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical mindset
- Proactive and ownership-driven approach
- Experience with AI/ML integrations or Decision Intelligence
- Knowledge of vector search / embeddings (Cosmos DB vectors, MongoDB Atlas Search)
- Exposure to enterprise integration frameworks
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- 12+ years overall IT experience
- 9+ years working specifically on Decisions platform (or similar decisioning tools)
- Strong hands-on experience with Decisions.com platform
- Expertise in Flow design
- Expertise in Rules engine implementation
- Expertise in Integration patterns
