Aya Healthcare is a rapidly growing workforce solutions provider in the healthcare industry, seeking a Director of Business Development. This role involves creating relationships with hospitals and healthcare systems to secure new Locum Tenens business and helping organizations solve their physician labor challenges.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic networking plans to penetrate target markets
- Identify and engage with C-suite executives and buyers in health systems
- Create innovative approaches to meet potential clients and build lasting relationships
- Develop and cultivate relationships that result in new contracts for Aya Healthcare
- Convey Aya Healthcare’s unique value proposition to key decision makers within potential new hospital accounts in order to secure new business
- Demonstrate and effectively present Aya Healthcare’s full suite of services and software to healthcare organizations
- Represent our company at industry events, conferences, and social gatherings
- Built and maintain an active pipeline of prospective clients
- Educate prospective healthcare organizations about Aya's differentiated services and software
- Generate leads through various channels, strategic planning and referrals
Skills
- A minimum of 7 years as a top sales producer within the healthcare or SaaS industries is required
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Must have a proven track record as a top performer, with demonstrated success selling to C-level executives
- An insatiable desire to win and relentless drive to succeed
- Ability to think creatively and identify multiple paths to win new business
