The Enterprise Account Executive will be responsible for owning the entire enterprise sales process, working closely with the founding team to leverage existing relationships and drive sales growth.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle enterprise sales motion with AI support: prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiation, pilot and close
- Build pipeline through founder and advisor introductions, partner channels, outbound, and inbound conversion
- Managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with CMOs, CDOs, VPs of E-commerce, and digital transformation teams
- Lead customer evaluations, identifying customer pain points that map to existing solutions and untapped opportunities
- Support shaping and refining GTM motions as we expand categories and ICP, streamline sales ops with AI, and market positioning
- Feed customer insights back to inform product roadmap and market positioning
Skills
- 5+ years B2B SaaS sales experience, with 3+ years closing enterprise deals
- Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles in e-commerce
- Consultative selling approach: Ability diagnose customer pain points, map to solutions, and drive consensus across technical and business buyers
- Pipeline generation and management: Track record of performance, maintaining quality pipeline, and accurate forecasts
- Strong judgement and commercial: Understanding of unit economics, ROI modeling, and how to position value against budget constraints
- Retail/commerce domain expertise or existing relationships with brands and retailers
- Preference for track record in scaling new products at an established company or early-stage startup experience (Series A to Series C)
