Prolifics is a global digital engineering and consultancy firm delivering end-to-end technology solutions across data, AI, cloud, and digital transformation. They are seeking an Account Executive to lead and nurture client relationships, expand market presence, and drive sales of their solutions and services.
Responsibilities
- Lead the entire sales cycle from initial opportunity creation to closing. This includes prospecting, discovery, presenting, forecasting, negotiating and closing the deal
- Excel at identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and consultative conversations with prospective clients
- Possess a results-driven business development mindset with the ability to open new accounts, engage executive stakeholders, and convert prospects into long-term clients
- Research target accounts and develop prospecting campaigns
- Build and manage an effective pipeline of quality targets
- Responsible for generating sales more than $3-5+M per year of IT consulting services
- Build a value proposition through effective probing and understanding of the customers’ business model
- Sell across the entire Prolifics solution portfolio (Cloud, Data and AI, DevOps, Digital Transformation and Quality Assurance)
- Stay updated with the key offerings within the Prolifics portfolio and industry best practices to effectively position our technology in front of clients
Skills
- 5-10+ years of experience achieving and exceeding revenue objectives in complex solutions environment at Fortune 500 clients
- Strong sales acumen with significant experience in consultative selling
- In-depth understanding of sales process and cycle for technical solutions
- Proven track record of developing sales strategy and hitting revenue targets
- This is a remote role with travel to prospective client sites
