Washington Frank International is a rapidly growing organization undergoing significant digital transformation, and they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Epicor P21 implementation initiatives. This role involves driving project delivery, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring operational excellence across the business.
Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end project management for Epicor P21 implementations, upgrades, and enhancement initiatives
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and communication strategies
- Partner with business leaders to define project scope, requirements, and success criteria
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams—including Operations, IT, Finance, Supply Chain, and Engineering—to ensure alignment and timely execution
- Oversee functional workstreams related to Planning & Scheduling, Engineering, and Manufacturing/Production processes
- Ensure effective requirements gathering, solution design, testing, training, and change management activities
- Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and escalate risks as needed to maintain project momentum
- Drive user adoption through structured communication, training coordination, and post‑go‑live support planning
- Maintain documentation, status reporting, and stakeholder updates throughout the project lifecycle
Skills
- Proven experience as a Project Manager leading ERP or large‑scale technology implementations
- Strong understanding of Epicor P21 or similar ERP systems
- Familiarity with Operations‑focused modules such as Planning/Scheduling and Engineering
- Experience coordinating BAQ development or reporting workstreams
- Strong business process analysis and documentation skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Ability to go on site
- Experience in manufacturing or distribution environments
- Exposure to MES, Advanced Planning, or Quality modules
- Prior consulting or client‑facing project leadership experience
- Understanding of system integrations, data flows, and reporting tools
