Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Thunder is a remote-first company seeking a visionary Enablement Consultant to serve as the cornerstone of their federal practice. The role involves leading training, onboarding, and change management for users and admins within complex federal environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive training programs for both end-users and system administrators
- Manage and oversee the end-to-end onboarding process to ensure new users are successfully integrated into federal cloud environments
- Drive the change management process, coordinating with internal teams and federal stakeholders to navigate cultural and technical shifts
- Implement advanced strategies and tools to monitor and increase user engagement across Salesforce and AWS environments
- Provide guidance and best practices to development and consulting teams regarding user experience and system sustainability
- Maintain and apply expert knowledge of Salesforce certifications and enablement protocols
Skills
- US Citizenship Required, with ability and willingness to obtain security clearance(s)
- 5-7+ years of experience leading training, onboarding, and change management cycles, with hands-on experience in automated enablement platforms
- Significant experience with the Salesforce suite of products, especially Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and/or Agentforce
- Proven leadership skills and experience in managing enablement for large, complex federal projects
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to align training solutions with federal business objectives
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Salesforce Certified Instructor
- Salesforce Education Cloud Consultant
- Equivalent
