- Clear and professional Communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)

- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management, especially in a remote work setting
