The role involves helping families find the right financial protection coverage through phone and Zoom consultations, managing your own pipeline, and potentially building a team for passive income.
Responsibilities
- Work warm inbound leads — speak with people who have already requested information about protecting their families financially
- Conduct needs-based consultations by phone and Zoom to identify the right coverage options
- Present and explain products from our network of 60-plus carriers — independent model, never locked to one company
- Manage your own pipeline and daily activity on your schedule
- Close deals and get paid weekly — no waiting on monthly draws
- Optionally build a team and earn passive override income on their production
Skills
- Proven background in a commission-based or performance-driven sales role
- Must be a U.S. citizen or legal resident currently living in the United States
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Life and Health Insurance License required before start date — or genuine willingness to obtain quickly (we provide full support)
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace for calls
- Raleigh/Triangle area preferred — fully remote and open to all U.S. locations
