Position Overview

careerzynith is seeking a dedicated, detail‑oriented Remote First Notice of Loss (FNOL) Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic inbound call center team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for engineers, technicians, and field operators reporting property damage. Your primary responsibility is to capture accurate claim information, analyze supporting documentation, and provide outstanding service to both internal stakeholders and external partners.

Location: 100 % remote (U.S. residents only; candidates residing in California, North Carolina, Washington State, Illinois, or Oregon are not eligible).

Earn an additional $10 for each day you meet the established standards for talk time, not‑ready time, and service level. Incentive calculations are performed daily, with payouts issued on the 5th of the following month.
