As a founding engineer, you will collaborate closely with the CTO to develop a platform that addresses the complexities of construction operations.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with the CTO to design and develop an industry-leading platform
- Become deeply familiar with the construction industry to build transformative software that meets the needs of a diverse customer base
- Routine pair programming sessions with the CTO
- Meet with our advisers to learn first-hand about their challenges
- Design and implement key features of the MVP
Skills
- Experienced - You have a proven track record of delivering high quality software
- 0 to 1 - You can take an idea and transform it into working software
- Learning Mindset - You are eager to learn and contribute to all parts of the stack
- Frontend Capable - Break down a design into its component parts and code it
- Experience in one or more: database design, DevOps, CI/CD, UI/UX design
- Experience with NextJS is a plus
- Experience working in a startup is a plus
