Responsibilities
- Support our team that is building high performing software applications for United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS)
- Build cutting-edge innovative solutions that are contributing to the agency's modernization using DevSecOps tools and technologies
- Help USCIS streamline immigration processes, improve customer service, and maintain the integrity of the immigration system through state-of-the-art software solutions
Skills
- US Citizenship is required due to Government client requirement
- Strong hands-on software engineering experience across modern programming languages, frameworks, and cloud-native technologies, with the ability to quickly adapt to evolving technology stacks and mission needs
- Strong hands-on experience modernizing and integrating complex legacy systems through the design, development, and implementation of scalable APIs, middleware, cloud-native services, and modern software architectures across evolving enterprise environments
- Demonstrated experience with continuous delivery and continuous integration techniques, test-driven development and automated testing practices
- Exceptional communication skills and desire to work in a ‘badgeless” collaborative team environment consisting of Government clients, other Contractors, and Stakeholders
- Strong desire to work in team environment and learn new skills
- B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent is highly preferred
