Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for potential clients via phone, email, and online inquiries
- Explain the intake process clearly and compassionately to veterans and their families
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-up with all leads
- Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to ensure a smooth transition from intake to case handling
- Uphold client confidentiality and comply with all firm protocols and applicable regulations
Skills
- Prior experience in a legal, medical, or customer service setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
- Proficiency with case management systems and basic office software
- Familiarity with VA disability benefits or a background working with veterans (a plus)
