- Develop detailed persona profiles and identify strategic angles that will resonate with target audiences
- Stay ahead of creative trends by actively following platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and industry thought leaders
- Direct creative production, including shot selection, visual storytelling, and brand consistency
- Write compelling hooks, scripts, and body copy that drives engagement and conversions
- Set up and manage Meta ad campaigns, including audience targeting and budget allocation
- Analyze campaign performance metrics (CPM, CTR, conversion rate, CPA/CPL) to identify winning creative
- Understand what constitutes good performance across different metrics and industries
- Connect creative decisions to performance outcomes and iterate based on data
- Distill performance data into actionable insights for clients
