Position Overview

We are seeking compassionate, detail‑oriented, and tech‑savvy individuals to join our remote team as Healthcare Billing & Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will act as an extended business office for our healthcare clients, guiding patients and their families through complex medical statements, answering billing questions, and crafting affordable payment solutions. This is a full‑time, 40‑hour per week position with a flexible schedule (Monday‑Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm MST) and a blend of remote work and a one‑day in‑office orientation for Colorado‑based candidates.

Compensation & Incentive Structure

careerzynith offers a competitive base salary ranging from $37,440 to $43,680 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to the base pay, you will be eligible for monthly performance bonuses ($100‑$400) and participation in team contests that award gift cards and prizes ($200‑$300 per month).
