Position Overview

We are seeking a detail‑oriented, self‑motivated Remote Healthcare Data Entry Specialist to join our dynamic medical‑records team on a 4‑6 month contract. This role is 100 % remote, offering flexible work‑from‑home arrangements while maintaining a structured, EST‑based schedule (Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM). The specialist will be responsible for processing a variety of medical documents—such as Independent Medical Reviews—extracting critical data, and accurately entering that information into our secure electronic database using Microsoft Excel and Word.
