Core Responsibilities
- Precision Data Entry: Accurately input data into our proprietary QuickClaim system utilizing a consistent flow of images and documents. You will be trained on our specific data entry protocols to ensure maximum accuracy and efficiency in all your work.
- Document Classification: Identify and categorize various document types based on comprehensive guidelines provided. Understanding the nuances of different healthcare documents is essential for proper processing and data organization.
- Quality Assurance: Review and confirm that all entered data adheres to our stringent quality standards. This includes self-editing, cross-referencing information, and ensuring completeness before submission.
- HIPAA Compliance: Maintain absolute confidentiality of Protected Health Information (PHI) in strict compliance with HIPAA regulations. You will receive specialized training on handling sensitive healthcare data and will be expected to uphold the highest standards of privacy and security.

- Schedule Flexibility: Shifts are available from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday. We offer both part-time and full-time positions to accommodate various availability needs.
- Hours Requirement: Full-time preferred; minimum of 20 hours per week required for all positions.
- Geographic Eligibility: This position is open to candidates located in Wisconsin (WI), Minnesota (MN), Iowa (IA), and Texas (TX).
