The Opportunity
We are a fast-scaling company in the health, fitness, and luxury travel space — 30+ years in business, 50,000+ members, 100,000+ trips delivered, and 120+ luxury resort partners worldwide. We're on the road to nine figures, and we're building the sales team that gets us there.
Here's the problem we need you to solve: we have far more hot, qualified leads than our current team can call. We've already built and proven our lead machine — and right now it's running at roughly 1% of its capacity, with a backlog of 3,000+ qualified leads already sitting and waiting to be called. The only thing between us and opening the floodgates is a closing team fast enough to work them. Once you and the team catch up, we turn the machine up and feed you as many triple-qualified leads as you can close in a day. That backlog — and everything behind it — is your income.
This is not cold prospecting. You'll be working warm, triple-qualified, ready-to-buy leads who already know who we are and want what we sell — an aspirational product people are excited to say yes to.
What You'll Do
• Work warm, qualified leads at high speed on our dialer + GoHighLevel CRM
• Close $500–$2,000 offers on the first call
• Run (and sharpen) our proven script and one-call-close process
• Hit and beat daily close targets
• Help us build and lead a growing sales team as we scale
Who We're Looking For
This role is for closers only. If you need to be taught how to sell, this isn't it.
• U.S.-based and authorized to work in the U.S. — this is a fully remote U.S. role
• Exceptional spoken English — native-level fluency, with clear, confident, easily understood phone communication. You're selling to a U.S. audience over the phone, so being instantly understood is non-negotiable
• Proven high-ticket phone sales experience — you've closed $500–$2,000+ offers on one call, at volume
• Fast and comfortable on a dialer, CRM (GoHighLevel a plus), and script
• You thrive on speed, volume, and a full pipeline
• Self-driven, coachable, relentless — you chase the close
• You want uncapped earnings and a seat on a team that's growing fast
• Leadership ability is a major plus — we promote from within as we scale
Compensation & Earning Potential
• Uncapped commission — your earnings are never capped.
• Starting point: at an average of 3 deals/day, expect roughly $70,000–$80,000/year.
• The real number: with the volume and quality of leads we hand you, 10 deals/day is very achievable — so plan to conservatively 3x that, into the $210,000–$240,000+ range. Top closers go higher.
• Large bonus structures on top of commission
• Weekly sales competitions with prizes as the team grows
• After a 30-day trial — consistently closing 20%+ of triple-qualified hot leads — we'll discuss a base salary on top of your commission
Earnings are performance-based and driven by your close rate and lead volume. The figures above are projections based on our current qualified-lead flow, not a guarantee.
