• Own customer implementations during the activation period
• Guide customers through setup, onboarding, and initial platform adoption
• Manage multiple active accounts and timelines at once
• Work with data, setup requirements, and onboarding details to ensure accurate configuration
• Partner with internal teams to keep implementations moving efficiently
• Act like a mini project manager, keeping stakeholders aligned and next steps clear
• Deliver a professional, supportive customer experience throughout the onboarding process
