Karina Cruz Talent is a growing boutique influencer marketing and talent management agency representing lifestyle content creators and athletes. They are seeking a remote, part-time Influencer Marketing & Talent Management Intern to assist with various responsibilities including sourcing talent and supporting brand partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Researching and sourcing lifestyle content creators and athletes for management representation
- Identifying creators and athletes for brand partnership opportunities
- Maintaining talent databases
- Assisting with outreach
- Supporting day-to-day talent research
- Contribute to a variety of projects and gain firsthand experience in influencer marketing, talent management, sponsorships, and brand partnerships
Skills
- Strong interest in influencer marketing, social media, talent management, and brand partnerships
- Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Strong research, organization, and communication skills
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Current college student based in the New York Metro area preferred
- Experience or coursework in lifestyle marketing, sports marketing, communications, sports management, or a related field is a plus
- Experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office is a plus
