The Inside Sales Consultant will engage with warm leads, set appointments, and close sales through consultative selling, guiding customers through their hearing journey.
Responsibilities
- You’ll spend at least 70% of your day in conversation with customers who asked to hear from you
- Set 4+ appointments daily
- Close 22+ net sales monthly through consultative selling
- Guide each customer through their 45-day trial and make their hearing journey smooth and positive
Skills
- 3+ years of inside sales experience with strong closing results
- Strong closer who listens, consults, and earns trust fast
- Tech confident with CRMs, especially Salesforce
- Clear communicator who builds rapport quickly
- Reliable home office setup with high-speed internet
