Evergreen Home Buyers is a growing real estate investment company specializing in purchasing residential properties directly from homeowners. They are seeking motivated individuals to join their acquisitions team as Entry-Level Sales Representatives, focusing on making outbound calls to sellers, qualifying leads, and negotiating purchase contracts over the phone.
Responsibilities
- Make 175+ outbound calls per day using provided leads and dialer software
- Follow proven scripts to engage homeowners, uncover their needs, and present cash offer solutions
- Qualify leads, gather property details, and negotiate terms to secure contracts
- Build and maintain relationships with sellers through follow-up calls
- Enter lead and deal information into our CRM system
- Collaborate with the team to close deals quickly and efficiently
Skills
- Excellent communication and phone skills (persuasive, empathetic, and resilient)
- Comfortable with high-volume calling and handling objections
- Basic computer skills (CRM experience a plus, but not required)
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Reliable internet and quiet workspace for remote work
- Sales or customer service experience preferred, but entry-level candidates are welcome – we provide comprehensive training!
