Responsibilities
- Update existing eLearning modules to match UKG's new user interface
- Replace outdated screenshots, videos, and related instructional content
- Design, develop, and maintain engaging online learning materials
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure training content is accurate and up to date
- Maintain consistency in instructional design standards and learner experience
Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Instructional Designer
- Strong understanding of eLearning development and adult learning principles
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality training content within deadlines
- Update existing eLearning modules to match UKG's new user interface
- Replace outdated screenshots, videos, and related instructional content
- Design, develop, and maintain engaging online learning materials
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure training content is accurate and up to date
- Maintain consistency in instructional design standards and learner experience
- Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline
- Experience creating AI-powered training videos using Synthesia
