As a Junior Data Entry Clerk at careerzynith, you will play a vital role in keeping our healthcare operations running smoothly. Every record you update, every detail you verify, and every task you complete will directly support the patients, providers, and communities we serve. Your responsibilities will include:
- Accurate Data Input: Enter and update patient profiles, prescription records, and operational data into our secure internal systems with a high degree of accuracy.
- Data Integrity & Quality Control: Review entries for completeness, consistency, and correctness. Identify and flag any data discrepancies for resolution.
- Confidentiality & Compliance: Handle all information in accordance with HIPAA regulations and careerzynith privacy standards. Maintain strict confidentiality of patient and organizational data.
- Discrepancy Resolution Support: Assist senior team members in researching, verifying, and correcting data errors across multiple platforms.
