The Junior Sales Representative will learn company products and sales processes, conduct client consultations, and maintain communication with clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Learn company products, systems, and sales processes
- Follow up with prospective clients who have requested information
- Conduct client consultations via phone and Zoom
- Explain available coverage options and answer questions
- Maintain communication between internal teams and clients
- Document activity and maintain records within CRM systems
- Participate in weekly team meetings and training
- Maintain licensing and compliance requirements
Skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable using virtual meeting platforms and CRM software
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple client conversations
- Willingness to work flexible hours when needed
- Ability to pass a background check and complete licensing requirements
- Life & Health license (or willingness to obtain with support)
- Sales or customer service experience
