They are seeking a Lead Consultant to join their Forward Deployed Engineering team, where the role involves partnering with large organizations to develop and implement AI solutions that drive business transformation.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with strategic global customers to design and deliver agentic AI solutions at scale
- Build and deploy production-grade AI agents using proprietary enterprise data
- Move fast—take ideas from discovery to live deployment in weeks
- Act as the critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Influence product development through real-world customer insights
- Partner with Sales and GTM teams to shape positioning and customer value narratives
- Deliver measurable business outcomes and create repeatable success stories
- Leverage OpenText’s extensive customer knowledge repositories to understand operations and business workflows
- Accelerate use case validation using existing data and deep domain understanding
- Apply data science expertise to extract insights and demonstrate business mastery
- Design, build, and ship production-grade AI agents leveraging OpenText’s proprietary data and tools
- Progress from problem statement to functional PoC in weeks, followed by rapid production deployment
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to inform enhancements
- Bring customer success stories back into OpenText to influence product, sales, and GTM strategy
- Help define best practices and scale successful AI use cases
Skills
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and at least one additional language (Java, Go, or TypeScript)
- Experience with large-scale data technologies (e.g., Spark, Kafka) and data architecture fundamentals
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, multi-agent systems, prompt engineering, and vector databases (LangChain/LangGraph required)
- Proven track record of deploying production systems for enterprise organizations with measurable impact
- Strong data science capabilities to extract insights and understand customer data deeply
- Excellent communication skills—able to engage executives and engineers alike
- Ability to quickly adapt across domains and problem spaces
- Willingness to travel (~25%) to work directly with customers
