[Remote] Lead Software Engineer – Node.js, AWS & Generative AI

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Lenmar Consulting Inc is seeking a Lead Backend Engineer to help modernize legacy applications and build scalable, AI-powered solutions in AWS. This is a hands-on leadership role supporting products used by millions of students.

Responsibilities

• Help modernize legacy applications
• Build scalable, AI-powered solutions in AWS

Skills

• 12+ years of software engineering experience
• 5+ years with Node.js (TypeScript)
• Strong AWS experience (Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, SNS/SQS, EventBridge, CloudWatch)
• Hands-on experience with LLMs/Generative AI
• Experience with event-driven architecture, APIs, and NoSQL/relational databases
• Leadership, mentoring, and Agile experience
• React/Next.js is a plus
