- Holding structured discovery conversations to understand background, goals and suitability
- Sharing information clearly and professionally about development-focused pathways
- Supporting individuals through an initial engagement and follow-up process
- Using online systems, digital tools and communication platforms to manage activity
- Building professional relationships through thoughtful, values-led communication
- Participating in ongoing training, leadership development and business education
- Managing your own schedule, activity and follow-up with consistency and accountability

- 7+ years of professional experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence speaking with experienced professionals
- A genuine interest in leadership, career development and personal growth
- Professional maturity, discretion and sound judgement
- Ability to work independently and manage your own time
- A consultative and relationship-led approach
- Comfort using online platforms, video calls and digital communication tools
- Openness to learning, development and following a structured process
- Previous experience in leadership development, HR, recruitment, coaching, training, consulting, education, career support or client-facing advisory work would be helpful
