Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to a busy litigation team
- Prepare, revise, and manage legal documents, pleadings, correspondence, and discovery materials
- Maintain attorney calendars and coordinate deadlines
- Assist with billing, client invoicing, and matter management
- Support new client and matter openings
- Ensure compliance with California court docketing requirements
Skills
- 3+ years of recent litigation experience
- Strong knowledge of California court procedures and rules
- Experience with e-filing and File & Serve platforms
- Proficiency with legal document management, docketing, billing, and time-entry systems
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
- A proactive, solution-oriented professional with a strong team mindset
- California-based candidates preferred
