As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for many of our valued clients. This is a critical role because first impressions matter—and in the Medicare industry, they matter even more. Our clients are often navigating complex healthcare decisions during a vulnerable time in their lives, and you will be there to provide reassurance, guidance, and exceptional service with every interaction.
