Responsibilities
- Configure new merchant locations for loyalty, credit card, and POS integrations
- Manage location expansions for existing merchants
- Set up and configure merchant programs aligned to business needs
- Facilitate credit card network onboarding for loyalty programs (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
- Maintain and configure integrations with POS systems and third-party platforms
- Diagnose and resolve technical and operational issues collaboratively
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation using AI tools and scripting
- Document best practices and contribute to operational efficiency
Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in operations, technical support, or similar roles, preferably in SaaS or the restaurant/retail industry
- Strong problem-solving skills for diagnosing and resolving technical issues
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to simplify technical information
- Comfort using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot to improve efficiency
- Experience in driving process improvements beyond following existing procedures
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Front, Zendesk, Google Sheets, Notion, Salesforce, or similar platforms is a plus
