careerzynith is hiring a Remote Online Chat Specialist to join our growing customer experience team. In this role, you will be the digital voice of careerzynith, engaging with customers through live chat to answer questions, resolve concerns, and guide them toward solutions. You will handle a variety of inquiries, ranging from website navigation support and general service questions to more complex client concerns that may require escalation to the Online Chat Manager.
