Job Title: Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant (Absence / OTL / Payroll) Location: Remote Employment Type: W2/ C2C Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Absence Management and Time & Labor (OTL). This role will focus on implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of Oracle Cloud HCM modules, with secondary exposure to Payroll. The ideal candidate is a functional expert with strong technical understanding, capable of working closely with business users while also troubleshooting technical components such as Fast Formulas, HDL, and HCM Extracts. Key Responsibilities • Lead and support Oracle Cloud Absence Management implementations, including configuration of absence plans, accruals, and eligibility profiles • Configure and support Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) including time entry layouts, rules, and approvals • Provide day-to-day production support (help desk) across Absence, OTL, and Payroll modules • Work closely with business users to gather requirements and conduct functional design sessions • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Fast Formulas, Payroll processing, and Absence calculations • Develop and maintain Fast Formulas for Absence, OTL, and Payroll use cases • Support and troubleshoot inbound and outbound integrations using: • HDL (HCM Data Loader) • HCM Extracts • Collaborate with technical teams and downstream/upstream systems for data integrations • Assist in testing cycles (SIT/UAT) and production deployments • Provide end-user training and support documentation Required Skills & Experience • Strong functional experience in: • Oracle Cloud Absence Management (Primary) • Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) • Good understanding of Oracle Cloud Payroll (support level) • Hands-on experience with: • Fast Formulas (must-have) • HDL (data loading and troubleshooting) • HCM Extracts • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues • Experience working with integrations between HCM and third-party systems • Strong communication skills and experience working directly with business users • Knowledge of SQL for basic troubleshooting is a plus #LI-SS3 Remote Skills: ADP, Analysis Skills, Budget Management, Business Processes, Business Transformation, Change Control, Change Management, Cloud Computing, Communication Skills, Consulting, Cross-Functional, Data Structures, Finance, Financial Control, Financial Management, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Financial Projections, HRIS/HRMS, Head of Finance, Information Technology & Information Systems, Leadership, Oracle, Oracle Fusion Middleware, Oracle Reports, Organizational Skills, Problem Solving Skills, Project Planning, Project Tracking, Project/Program Management, Resource Management, Risk Management, Status Reports, System Integration (SI), Talent Management, Team Player, Time Management About the Company: HYR Global Source Inc
