[Remote] Oracle ERP Project Manager with Automotive Industry Exp

Vantage Point Consulting Inc. is seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Project Manager with a strong background in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations and the Automotive industry. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end Oracle ERP transformation initiatives, managing project scope, budget, timelines, resources, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle Oracle ERP Cloud implementation, upgrade, migration, and transformation projects
• Manage project scope, budget, schedule, resources, and deliverables
• Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, status reports, executive dashboards, and governance documentation
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, technical consultants, architects, developers, testing teams, and business stakeholders
• Drive project governance, steering committee meetings, and executive-level status updates
• Manage Oracle ERP workstreams, including: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), Procurement, Purchasing, Inventory Management, Order Management (OM), Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Cost Management
• Lead requirements gathering, business process analysis, fit-gap workshops, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support
• Oversee data migration, integrations, reporting, cutover planning, and go-live activities
• Manage vendors, implementation partners, and offshore/onshore teams
• Ensure compliance with PMO standards, project governance, and Oracle implementation methodologies
• Support organizational change management, user training, and business adoption
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies
• Ensure successful delivery of projects within scope, budget, and timeline

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
• 10+ years of ERP implementation experience
• 5+ years of Oracle ERP Project Management experience
• Proven experience managing Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations
• Experience delivering ERP projects within the Automotive industry
• Strong knowledge of ERP implementation methodologies (AIM, OUM, Oracle Unified Method, Agile, Waterfall)
• Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
