The role involves identifying and resolving complex problems, creating IT architectural strategies, and providing technical leadership in integrating Oracle systems with various technologies.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing requirements for business process and technology strategy alignment
- Leads the creation of IT Architectural strategy, standards, and guidelines
- Designs, implements, and manages end to end solution for field operations
- Specializing in integrating Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) with GIS, ERP and CRM systems
- Provides technical leadership in configuring routing, capacity, and mobility
- Utilizing Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to optimize workflows and mobile plugins
