About the Role
As a Remote Part-Time Academic Specialist at BYJU'S, you will play a crucial role in strengthening students' understanding of Maths and Science subjects for grades 4 to 10. You will be responsible for conducting online classes, clarifying doubts, and creating a positive learning environment on our platform. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct online classes for students in grades 4 to 10, focusing on Maths and Science subjects.
- Clarify students' doubts and provide step-by-step solutions to their queries.
- Create a positive and engaging learning environment on our online platform.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Conduct 24 sessions per week, with additional responsibilities up to 12 hours per week.
- Manage non-session activities (3 PM to 4:30 PM) and session activities (4:30 PM to 9 PM).
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, homework correction, peer reviews, training sessions, and monthly tests.
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students and enhance their performance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
