Key Responsibilities
As a Tier 1 Customer Support Specialist at careerzynith, you will be the first point of contact for participants navigating our online learning environment. Your day‑to‑day duties will include:
- Multi‑Channel Support: Respond to inquiries via email, live chat, phone, and web‑based tools with speed and accuracy.
