Position Overview
As a Remote Personal Injury (PI) Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in maintaining our commitment to excellence in patient care and customer service. This position is designed for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment and are committed to handling sensitive medical information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
You will be responsible for managing communications via phone and multiple software applications, handling medical records according to HIPAA regulations, and ensuring seamless coordination between adjusters, attorneys, record retrieval companies, and patients. Key Responsibilities
As an integral member of our customer service team, you will be expected to:
- First Point of Contact: Serve as the initial point of contact for adjusters, attorneys, record retrieval companies, and patients via phone and email, providing friendly, efficient, and professional service that reflects arenaflex's commitment to excellence.
- Communication Management: Relay messages from requesters to appropriate team members or departments utilizing multiple software applications, ensuring accurate and timely information transfer.
- Records Management: Manage and organize incoming and outgoing PI records and billing requests, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
- HIPAA Compliance: Ensure all patient information is kept confidential and secure in accordance with HIPAA regulations, demonstrating a thorough understanding of patient privacy requirements.
- Performance Standards: Maintain a minimum of 55 accounts worked per day, consistently meeting or exceeding productivity targets while preserving quality standards.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in regular team meetings via video or teleconference, contributing to process improvements and sharing best practices.
- Customer Service Excellence: Demonstrate competency in the performance of job-related skills appropriate to customer populations and departmental services while providing exceptional customer service at all times.
- Technical Proficiency: Utilize and operate equipment and mechanical devices which provide for a functional, effective, and safe remote work environment.

Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- Educational Background: High School diploma with a minimum of two years of Customer Service Representative (CSR) experience in a professional setting.
