This is a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
Train new hires on personal injury processes, case intake procedures, and client communication standards
Develop and implement training materials, scripts, and performance guidelines
Monitor team performance, calls, and case handling to ensure quality and compliance
Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations
Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase productivity and conversion rates
Work closely with management to refine processes and optimize team efficiency
Assist in onboarding and continuous development of team members
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in personal injury (intake, case management, or legal support)
Previous experience in training, coaching, or supervising a team
Strong understanding of personal injury workflows and client intake processes
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage and motivate a remote team
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with U.S.-based law firms
Bilingual (Spanish preferred)
Familiarity with CRM/case management systems
