Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Remote Pharmacy Technician – Customer Service & Prior Authorization Specialist to join the careerzynith team for a 6‑12 month temporary engagement. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for inbound calls from members, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders. You will guide callers through the criteria‑based prior‑authorization process, document approvals and denials with precision, and escalate clinical questions to a licensed pharmacist when necessary. This position offers flexible shift options between 7 AM and 8 PM Central Time, with a competitive hourly rate ranging from $19 to $21.70.
